Hollister Cares
Doing good never felt so right.
At Hollister, we take corporate social responsibility to heart. We’ve always realized that our company can only be as strong as the community it serves… and we plan to be around for a long time. The Hollister Cares program has evolved and incorporated social responsibility into the everyday culture of the firm. Through a combination of volunteerism, corporate sponsorships and strategic partnerships with local nonprofit organizations that benefit the community around us, doing good also means doing well.A Focus on Workforce Development
Hollister is just as much about giving, as it is about succeeding. We’re committed to people at all ages and stages of their lives and we continually build and improve on our company’s philanthropic model. Whether our lunch break is spent reading to an elementary school child as part of the Everybody Wins Program, or teaching a high school student how to communicate in a corporate environment with North Cambridge Catholic, or mentoring a trainee through their job search processes with YMCA Training Inc., we are able to extend our services to make a greater impact on the community.Meet our onsite non-profit partner- EVERYBODY WINS
Hollister’s aim is to strengthen the community in which it does business. Everybody Wins! Metro Boston, a local mentoring and literacy organization, aspires to increase children’s prospects for success in school and in life. In a winning strategic partnership, Hollister and Everybody Wins! strive to achieve both these goals together.
As an organization that previously only served Boston’s surrounding areas, Hollister’s donation of space in a prime commercial area was critical to Everybody Wins’ success in bringing their much needed services to the city of Boston.
Over 50 percent of the Hollister workforce is a volunteer reading mentor. These employees are matched one-to-one with a student from a nearby school where they visit once a week for a reading session and conversation
Our Philanthropy Committee
At Hollister, we also have established an internal Philanthropy Committee comprised of consultants, directors, and support staff— all exceptionally committed to being part of a solution. Each quarter the group focuses on a specific philanthropic initiative. They work together in an effort to bring the Hollister culture into the community where they can make a difference as a team.
