Corporate Social Responsibility

Hollister is passionately committed to giving back to the community and strengthening the local job market. For over twenty years the firm has been actively engaged in the issues of education and mentoring to support a trained and diverse workforce.


Hollister focuses outreach on developing an individual’s professional skill sets at all stages of their lives by partnering with three non-profit organizations: Everybody Wins! Metro Boston, Cristo Rey Boston High School, and YMCA Training, Inc. 
 

Our work with these partnerships has supported statistically significant results, including:                                                               

1) decreased competency gaps in the local workforce

2) an increase in diversity hiring initiatives                                                       

3) increased employee retention
