Led by the Philanthropy Committee, 25 Hollister Employees Gathered to Support Local Boston Families Boston, MA, December 16, 2008--- As part of the company's quarterly community outreach program, 25 Hollister employees spent their Tuesday afternoon supporting the efforts of the Massachusetts Salvation Army at the Boston Christmas Castle. "It feels really good to reach out and help our neighbors in need," explained Leigh Whiting-Jones, Marketing Assistant at Hollister. "So many families here in Boston are going to have a cozier and happier holiday because of the efforts behind this program." Local individuals and families were escorted through the Castle by Hollister volunteers who helped them select donated items ranging from winter coats and shoes to toys and food baskets. "We look forward to supporting this event each year," said Abby Grant, Business Development Consultant and member of Hollister's Philanthropy Committee. "We have a great team at Hollister. It's through working together to strengthen the community at events like this one that we can really appreciate different sides of one another and develop our relationships as co-workers."
